Changing Appointments? hey, we know you’re busy and may need to change an appointment, we just ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. It gives us a chance to offer your time to someone else. You may be charged in full or have gift vouchers voided for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

Health Issues? your health & safety is important to us so please let us know in advance if you are pregnant or have any specific medical conditions.

Arrival? don’t forget that your appointment time is your start time, it’s better to arrive 10 minutes early than 10 minutes late! If you’re late for an appointment you’ll only cut into your own time, not the next person’s.

Mobiles? we’re a mobile-free zone so switch off before you “walk-in chill-out”, really you can do without it for 30 minutes!

Gift Vouchers? gift vouchers are available and are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Lost or stolen gift vouchers will not be replaced or refunded so please keep them safe.
