Welcome to Savoy Baths & Day Spa Water Workouts - the perfect answer to your fitness needs or goals because they are adaptable to all personal conditions, illnesses, injuries and post surgeries.

Water exercises are a proven way to increase your metabolism, build muscle tone and strength, improving balance, coordination and range of motion, and relieve tension — all with pain-free, low impact movements.

You can target specific body areas to exercise, or combine several movements into a complete heart pumping head-to-toe activity.

Our Saltwater Hydrotherapy Pool is heated to a beautiful 30C. Both non-swimmers and swimmers can safely perform water exercises because you choose your water depth.

For a limited time we are offering our Water Workouts FREE with your "Float Bubble & Steam" baths entry and Baths Memberships.

There are no classes you work at your own pace when it suits you. We are open 9am - 9pm Monday - Saturday and 9am - 6pm on Sunday.
