All treatment times are approximate and allow for dressing/undressing, and do not include time allowed for use of the therapeutic baths. Please advise us on how long you would like to spend bathing to ensure we tailor your package to suit your individual needs. We recommend you complete the suggested bathing sequence prior to any Beauty, Massage or Spa Selection service.

What if I need to change my appointment?
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. Because your space is reserved for you a 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Clients may be billed or gift vouchers voided for all no-shows.

Making a booking?
You should phone 03 6224 1586 to book a treatment in advance. If you are pregnant or have specific medical conditions, let us know. Feel free to request a male or female therapist if booking a massage. Ask any questions that you may have.

When should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time to allow introductions, consultation and to change. If you're late, you're most likely going to cut into your own time, not the next person's. Arriving a few minutes early is better to unwind and relax.
